FLASH-PROGRAMMER: CC2650 Firmware writing fail with Flash Programmer2

Hello experts,

My customer have trouble of firmware writing for CC2650128RGZT with Flash Programmer2.

They use #7:DIO_2 and #8:DIO_3 for writing via UART.

(Note : they connect with PC, so they do USB serial conversion externally)

On Flash Programmer2, they can't see COM and fail the connection.

But through JTAG pin directly, they can write on the board correctly.

Do you have any idea of this phenomenon?

If there is some required setting, could you tell me?

Try to refer to CC2538/CC26x0/CC26x2 Serial Bootloader Interface and make sure you enable serial bootloader in CCFG.

Hi Ryo,

Other ideas to explore are:

try to update FLASH-PROGRAMMER to its latest version
verify if the COM port is actually seen by Windows (use Window's Device Manager)
try to use UNIFLASH
