Hi Team,

Customer is trying to connect to a CC2531 on a WIndows 10 machine but encountered a problem which that the Packet Sniffer download does not appear to be a valid ZIP file, as shown in the screen capture. Customer also tried updating the driver directly and WIn 10 is not recognizing it.

Hi Maynard,

I just confirmed the PACKET-SNIFFER software download ZIP file, SWRC045, as valid. The customer should verify their Windows 10 system and file extraction software. You can also try to download and install from your own system.

Check if anti-virus sw on your desktop of your system firewall removes the content.
