RF_P and RF_N output voltage zero in CC2640 Custom Board

Hello,

I am test SimpleBlePeripheral example code on my Custom Board design for advertising but I can't capture advertise even check in SmartRF Studio 7 but its give me 0x1804 error (BLE_ERROR_SYNTH_PROG).

When I am debugging my hardware I have found following things:

VDDR = 1.67V
VDDS = 2.97V
Decoupling capacitor = 2.97V
RF_P = 0.12V
RF_N = 0.12V

Why RF_P and RF_N pin voltage is so low? Any setting or configuration changing is required related to custom board?

I have changed following things:

Changed Board files IOID. set c/c++ > preprocessor board file path. then change RF_FE_MODE_AND_BIAS in bleUserConfig.h

Then what am I missing to configure. I am attached my Board design schematic.

In schematic, Is there any false? If no then where am I missing to BLE advertise.

Any help will be Appreciated.

Regards,

Rajneesh
