Hi,
We have directly connected MODA to the required connections through wires and tried to program it.
We were able to detect the module in Flash Programmer 2 and also loaded Simple_peripheral Project after making the change

It started advertising but we were unable to connect from any android device.
But suddenly the MODA is not getting detected in Flash Programmer 2 and CCS.
When I try to load the Code from CCS, I get the error:
Error connecting to the target:
(Error -2131 @ 0x0)
Unable to access device register. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK).

What might have possibly gone wrong after the first program load? Why are we not able to detect board after flashing the code?
The Module is still advertising with the name SimpleBLEPeripheral.
