Hi ,

I am difficulties in downloading the stack to CC2650. So I am trying to flash a new image in cc2650 using smart RF flash programmer 2 .
What should I select the hex image?

Any suggestions on the issue

If you install BLE-STACK-2 , you can find some pre-build hex files under C:\ti\simplelink\ble_cc26xx_2_01_00_44423\Accessories\HexFiles. You can try to download any of them to your CC2650.

Hi YK Chen,

I got this error when i tried to force mass erase. What could be the issue. I see that the device is locked when i click on it.

Which debugger do you use to download hex file to CC2650? Is it SmartRF06EB?

Do you have snapshot of Flash Programmer 2 when you have SmartRF06EB and CC2650 connected? By the way, do you use CC2650EM or your own customized CC2650 board?

I am using CC2650EM board. This is the error I get on SmartRF

When I am trying to program it on CCS I get this error

I checked using the xds100serial.exe and there is a debugger listed over there.My Selector is on USB on SmartRF board.both the LEDS on msart RF board power,advanced mode are on.

What could be the issue

I see the problem. You have to put a jumper on VDD to EM pins of SmartRF06EB ( at right corner).
