OMAP L138 and AM1808 Compatibility

I reviewed the pinouts, and found just one discrepency:  J17 is RSVDN on AM1808 and nNMI on L138.  The AM1808 datasheet says that for proper operation, J17 must be connected to DVDD3318_B.  Can this be a 10K pullup, or does it need to be a direct connection?
