Change Frequency on AM335x ICE board (TURBO)

Hello,

We would like to change the speed of the ICE board to the max. of 720MHz.. I have seen that the therefore the VDD_MPU voltage has to be adjusted to 1.26V. I measure a voltage of 1.08V on the ICE board (TP8). With the GEL file and the script "ARM_TURBO_Config" I can change the clock. How can I change the VDD_MPU voltage?
Anyone successfully changed this?

How can I change the clock within software (not with GEL script)?

Hi Jacek,

Yes, we found the solution to change the clock frequency within the firmware (chaning PLL settings as any other registers). As the VDD_MPU voltage is from the PMIC this needs to be set over the I2C bus. No solution to change this with a GEL file so far. As we do not use GEL files with our target board, we did not investigate this topic further. I will close this thread as it is no longer interesting for us.
