How many simultaneous HDMI displays on AM437x?

Team,

Can the AM437x support two HDMI displays at the same time? If so, what modes are supported (extended desktop, mirror displays?)

    Hi John,

    AM437X does not have built-in HDMI support. You can connect to an HDMI display only through an external HDMI transceiver, which is connected to the AM437X LCD controller. The liniting factor will be the LCD maximum pixel clock frequency - 100MHz on AM437X, which is not high enough for full HD.
