A customer of mine reported a CCSv4 problem similar to and old issue mentioned on the external forum (Oct 09). But there was no answer there:

During build they get an "Errors running builder "Generated Makefile Builder" on project occ_dsp." error. The log (attached) shows the following error:
!MESSAGE An internal error occurred during: "Searching for local changes".
It seems to be project related, as some projects can still be compiled without error, but another one not. Reinstalling CCSv4 didn't help. And using an old version of the failing project also doesn't compile. What could be the reason?
