Hi all, does any of you figure out why can I be receiving this problem while trying to load nandwriter_ipnc_dmva1_xxx.out :

ARM9: File Loader: Data verification failed at address 0x8E000002 Please verify target memory and memory map.

ARM9: Unable to terminate memory download: NULL buffer pointer at 0x320

Error found during data verification.

Ensure the linker command file matches the memory map

I have set up the connection as Blackhawk USB560-M Emulator with EVMDM365 and loaded the gel_ipnc_dmvax_1.0.0.gel. Also JTAG TCLK Frecuency (Mhz) = Automatic with faster 35.0MHz limit.

Does anyone know why can this error be solved?

I'm not familiar with the gel_ipnc_dmvax_1.0.0.gel file, but there should be an command to setup the external memory (i.e. setup_DDR). This would need to be executed beforehand.

I have more news on that, I was able to run nandwriter program in a IPNC VA2 camera witch had UBL and Uboot properly intalled, but something went wrong while flashing and now I am getting the same error. ¿Is it something related to needing UBL and Uboot already intalled in order to reflash it or to understand memery addresses or something like that? I am quite confused....

You should be able to flash with nand_writer without having UBL or U-boot re-flash. Can you confirm that you're initiating the memories before loading the nand_writer.out ?

How can I do so? I am just doing "Launch TI Debuger" then "Connect Target" then "Load Program" and then I get the error....

Sorry, i am pretty new at CCS... :(

If .gel file hasn't already been loaded perform the following steps, select the target processor, then right click and select load gel file.

From the the scripts menu run the appropriate script command that configures external memory (i.e. "setup DDR", or "External memory")
