AM387x - Internal Temperature Sensor

Is their an internal core temperature sensor that Smart Reflex uses to determine the Adaptive Voltage Scaling of the processor? If so must it be enabled in the kernel or in u-boot? Cann its values be accessed, i was unabl to find a register in the TRM.

I've reviewed the other E2E posts and summarized my findings below.

The BANDGAP0_CTRL contain the ADC value for the internal die temperature. This temperature is internally used for AVS and its reference was removed in revision B of the TRM. More information about using the AVS can be found in the following links.
