I posted the same problem on codec forum, but there are probably more people here.
I am using DM8148, IPNC-RDK3.2, when capturing 1080P@30fps, the video on HDMI looks fine, but saved h264 video has severe motion artifacts.
BTW: same artifacts are observed on MJPEG stream as well.
