Power sequencing for VDD_USB_0P9 pin when USB not used

Hi,

  I am designing for AM3894 and DM8168.  USB is not used, so according to datasheet I can tie VDD_USB_0P9 pin (pin number: N27) to 0.9V OR CVDDC( 1V constant).  However, according to datasheet  power sequencing requires that 1V constant -> 1.5V (DDR3) -> 0.9V.  0.9V should comes after 1V constant.  Will there by any problem to tie VDD_USB_0P9 to 1V constant?
