Question about coding performance of H.264 over TI board 816x (the used sdk is EZSDK 5_03_01_15)

      I can set the coding parameters now.

      Do you have document reporting the coding performance of H.264 over TI board 816x?

      When I set the high profile configuration with as many as the coding tools enabled using the SDK demo (with rate control enabled) (where the parameters are modified through ilclient),  it shows 1~2dB coding performance loss when compared with JM18.3 high profile configuration (not enable rate control).

       Is it strange?  

       Is there parameters to enable RDO? Has the default case already enable RDO?
