From-To on EVM6437

Hi All,

 

I would like to ask a question on EVM6437.

 

I have found that on the PCB file of EVM6437 there are lots of From-To’s that have not been routed, as shown in the attached picture.

     

     

    

 

Why could this happen? Is the version Spectrum put on http://c6000.spectrumdigital.com/evmdm6437/reve/ the version for manufacturing, or an earlier version on which routing has not yet completed?
