Logic ZOOM OMAP L138 EVM power issue

Hi,

I have a Logic ZOOM OMAP L138 EVM Development kit. But when I try to use it in debug mode (with all switches in correct position), I am getting the following errors

1) “The controller has detected a target power loss. The user must turn-on or connect the power supply for the target.” with the UI interface board detached.

2) "Unable to access device register. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK).” with the UI interface board attached.

Please let me know whether my board is damaged?
