We are starting a development with the OMAP processor I am useing CCSv5.3 and a XDS510 USB with the EVM board and thinks were working but yesterday I erased the flash and now nothing will work. When I press debug it runs the gel files loads the program then just says its running and wont let me do anything but terminate and oes not apear to be connected to the device properly when I click connect It says there is no clock.
I strongly susppect this is down to the gel file missing bits and these were previously being set up bythe code in the flash. The gel file installed with CCS does seem like a very half hearted attempt. For example it only sets up the core clock and it does this incorrectly because it sets the system clock to 19.2MHz when it is 26MHz and it also sets up the wrong memory.
Do TI supply and correct gel files at all or at least some guidance as to what is missing?
