Does anyone know where I can find ccsv5 support files (Gel etc..) for the AM3703 & AM3715.

Looking at

There is nothing just dead links

I'm using the Mistral EVM & have contacted them, but got no reply.

I would try the files for the DM3730/DM3725 from the wiki page you linked, as mentioned earlier on that page "(These are the same GEL files as above for OMAP3530/25, but the DSP specific scripts will not function on OMAP3503/15)" it is likely that the files for the 37xx series will work in the same way.
