MCSDK 2.1.2.6 installation failure under CCS 5.4

Hi

I have done a clean install of CCS 5.4 on Win 7 (64-bit).  I then installed MCSDK 2.1.2.6 (including patch 01).  When I start CCS and choose to install the newly discovered products I see:

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
  session context was:(profile=epp.package.cpp, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).
  Problems downloading artifact: osgi.bundle,com.ti.rtsc.NDK.product_2.21.1.38,2.21.1.38.
    File has invalid content:C:\DOCUME~1\daldrich\LOCALS~1\Temp\signatureFile2584708727186665489.jar
      Invalid content:plugin.xml
      The file "plugin.xml" in the jar "C:\DOCUME~1\daldrich\LOCALS~1\Temp\signatureFile2584708727186665489.jar" has been tampered!

What is the correct procedure to fix this please?
