GenServer in CCS 4.2.3 and Codec Engine 3.20.1.18 Does Not Run

As title, GenServer does not work under CCS 4.2.3 and Codec Engine 3.20.1.18.

Here are my RTSC tools that are enabled:

And here is the error message when I run "Tools->Codec Engine Tools->GenServer":

Looks like another bug...

Grateful for any help I can get to get GenServer running.

That post says that Codec Engine 3.20.* does not have a fully working GenServer. Well, it seems the same is also true on Codec Engine 3.21.*.

A work around seems to be running GenServer stand alone rather than from CCS. I have this method working in Linux in all Codec Engine versions.
