MPEG-2 encode codec

Looking at this page, I see that an MPEG-2 encode codec is available from TI for both the DM816x and DM814x chips.

Looking at this page, I don't see an MPEG-2 encode codec included as part of EZ-SDK for either the DM816x or DM814x.

What is the current status of MPEG-2 encode support from TI?
