Can you pls help to confirm is a sim card translator is require to communicate TUSB3210 to Sim card?
Pls see the below connection between the baseband and Translator. In my case, the baseband refer to TUSB3210?
We need three I/O pins of TUS3210 to generate three signals- RESET, CLK & I/O (DATA)?
How software read the Sim data from USB? The software side need to know which register is defined
as Sim card data storage?
The TUSB3210's GPIO signals are standard 3.3V while the SIM Card Inputs are at either 2.95 or 1.8. You should be able to check the datasheet of the SIM Card of choice and compare it to the TUSB3210 Electrical caharcteristics in Table 3.3 on page 39 of the data sheet to determine if the level shifter is needed ot not. It most like is needed, but you will need to determine this based on the SIM card itself.
