    I fully agree with you on the issue. The thoughts provoked in the customers by this kind of action are probably don't match TI executive's expectation.

    But I'd like to state that your post is not exactly a template of british kindness and understatement ... ;-)

    Using TI ARM Cortex MCUs just for private projects, I can observe this issue with a far smaller level of emotional (and financial) attachment. And you are surely correct - that's why I added the ";-)" to this comment (which you removed when citing...).

    But leading the thread of discussion to evolutionary theory, I thinkt it had been proven that a species, which makes too much stupid decisions and moves, will eventually become extinct ...

    Indeed - saw & noted your, "disclaimer" - but felt its excise proper...

    You/I - often on same page.  As to evolution - post @ 09:16 today (below) further demonstrates such overlap...
