USB2ANY: Alternative to EV2400

Hello,

On a recent update to my EV2400 tool, the Updater bricked the EV2400.

I have a USB2ANY and would like to use it as a replacement with BQStudio. I am evaluating BQ27320Gauge and BQ25620 Charger.

What steps should I do to connect this I2C chips to USB2ANY?

Do I need external pullups?

Will the USB2ANY be recognized automatically inside BQStudio?

Unfortunately, no. BQSTUDIO is only compatible with EV2400.

How can I use a BQ25622EVM from TI with the USB2ANY?, the board comes with a connector for this.

Which software can I use to configure the registers?

HI G,

You can use the USB2ANY software to perform individual I2C reads and writes to the charger's register. There is currently no BQ25622 GUI using USB2ANY.
