    The ADC14C105 will have H2 and H3 performance on the order of 50-60dBFS for a signal near full scale at 980MHz. The attached pic shows performance for a -3dBFS, 980Hz input signal Regards, Josh

    well I'll reply myself :-) The 3/ is solved, the problem was in bad duty cycle to ADC (too much load on clkout0 in cmos mode). Now it works well only SYNC_AUTO still doesn't seem to work without SYNC_QUAL. I use SYNC_INV for now which seems ok.…
