I believe the issue is related to driver signing. ADC161S626EVM windows driver is not signed and Windows 10 simply does not install an unsigned driver. Please try the work around suggested in the following posting

I can confirm that the device shows up properly on a windows 7 machine after updating the firmware.
The "USB Serial Device (COM11)" was showing up on my windows 10 machine and I was able to apply the drivers and get the EVM running.

I cant install driver MSP430_CDC_PID0x094e_ADC_DAC_EVMs.inf. I try to install few times but nothing hapen.
