yes, the offset is occurring between data files.
The DAC is a 20 bit DAC and its supply voltage is 3.3 V. It provides square wave shape signal.
For example, the DAC 's input code are as

Performing a quick measurement on the ADS1259EVM-PDK (the evaluation board includes the PGA280+ADS1259 connected together), the typical delay time at DVDD=3.3-V: SCLK rising to (next) data valid on DOUT is approximately 13-ns.
