Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS42LB49 , THS4120 Hi,
In my design I am trying to read a positive singled ended signal. Simply I am converting the signal to differential then I am driving the ADS42LB49 with an ADC driver. My problem is; my pulses…
Hi,
I will use 2 ADC42LB49 in my design and synchronization is very important for me. I am planning to using a clock generator and a clock buffer(LVPECL) to drive ADCs. Considering both timing and performance; do you advise me to use a 250 MHz clock…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS42LB49 , ADS42LB69 Dear Sir/Madam,
As per datasheet 8.3.5: Output Data Format
FFor a positive overdrive, the output code is 3FFFh for the ADS42LB49 and ADS42LB69 in offset binary output format; the output code is…
Part Number: ADS42LB69 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS42LB49 ,
Hi,
Good Day.
Customer don't know how to calculate output data code.
In the event of an input voltage overdrive, the digital outputs go to the appropriate full-scale level. For…
Part Number: ADS42LB49EVM Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS42LB49 Hello,
I am using ADS42LB49EVM Rev B and the generated 8 points sine wave is:
0 5792 8191 5792 0 -5793 -8192 -5793
This does not match the values on the datasheet, could you…
Thanks for your help, I am looking for a clock source for ADS42LB49 sampling at 200MHz
Any suggestions? it seems the jitter of CDCE62002 is a bit high for the ADC.
Regards,
Mahmoud
Jim,
customer would like to know how to identify the ADS42LB49 difference? As the datasheet, the ADS42LB49 supports one PN but different Pin out definition.
ADS42LB49_69EVM-SCH_B.pdf Mahmoud,
The schematic is attached. The ADS42LB49 has data from DA0 - DA12 and the ADS42LB69 has data from DA0- DA14. The FMC board supports both of these parts.
Regards,
Jim
Hi Sirui,
In the table below are three HS ADCs that may work for your customer. These ADCs do not have >77 SNR, but customer could use any of these devices and sum the two channels together to increase the SNR by 3dB and meet the SNR requirement.
