Part Number: ADS5520 When I use ADS5520 to sample a signal with 1KHz and 2Vpp, the output of D11 is always low. I connect the DFS to AGND, and the sampling rate is 100MHz. What may cause it?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS5520 I want to use ADS5520 to sample a signal around 20 Msps and then save this signal in memory before sending it to UART for RS232 communication. Which kind of microcontroller is suitable for this purpose? Is there…

Matt, When you see 200MHz in the datasheet, that's generally means the part is tested and warranted to work at that speed given a package and operating temp rating. Also in general, the DSP in the OMAP-L can do multiple Mult-Accumulates per MHz…

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS5520 Hi I want to use ADS5520 to sample a signal at around 20 Msps and then send this signal to the serial output (RS232). What components do I need for that? Do I need a microcontroller and use this ADC as an external…

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS5520 Hi, I would like to know whether the ADS55xx series converters can be used with reset and without using the serial interface if only the "normal mode" is wanted? What about the ADS5520; will the DLL be on…

  • RE: OPA2625: How to improve SNR, HD2 and HD3 of an 18-bit SAR ADC when OPA2625 is being used to drive the differential inputs of ADC?

Couple of quick things Akash, 1. Where is your DC bias current path for the V+ inputs to the op amps? 2. This differential I/O op amp circuit sometimes has a common mode oscillation - probably not here, but we did see that in the OPA838 decomp device…
