SAR ADCs will have a much shorter conversion latency and will be able to multiplex through multiple inputs much faster…

The amplifier driving the ADS8344 inputs needs to charge the 25 pF input capacitor of the ADC and settle to less than ½ LSB within the sampling time.

you mean the on chip ADC? I need 16 bit ADC and DAC and hence have used ADS8344 and DAC8568. Can I give 5V to these chips but operate from the 952?
