Part Number: AFE5812 Hello, Currently i am looking to use the AFE5812 in a sonar application due to the many features that will help to complete my project however I am looking to see if there is an FPGA you would recommend that interfaces with this ADC…
Part Number: AFE5812 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AFE5809 , Hello,
I am wondering that can I use AFE5812 instead of AFE5809? I checked datasheet pinout is same, the power requirement is same. Just want to make sure!
Also, can I get schematic files…
Part Number: AFE5812 Hello.
I want to check what is the minimum detectable pressure I can get with AFE5812. My transducer has the sensitivity of -52dB. Or is there anyway I can calculate the minimum detectable pressure?
Part Number: AFE5812 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AFE5818EVM Hello,
The AFE5812 has ADC with stated sampling rate of 65 MSPS at 14-bit.
1. Is it per channel or for all channels?
2. If it's for all channels, can I assume that it would be 65/8 = 8 MSPS…

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AFE5812 Hi,
My customer is considering to apply a heat sink to AFE5812.
This is not thermal question at all, but it is mechanical one. Do you have any weight restrictions for heat sink ? In other words, how much pressure…
Hi Renan,
Are the programming the flash correctly?
They can check by removing the USB once they program the FTDI and the again connect the usb back and check if FT_Prog automatically detects the chips?
Also, if after doing the above, it is still does…
Hi Anirudh,
I can't say I am familiar with any device that does this. I know some of our Ultrasound Front End devices have integrated VGAs and PGAs, for example:

But, I imagine unless you need an ultrasound…
Hi Jatin,
Can you please confirm if SPI to AFE5812 is working ? You can confirm this toggling PDN_Fast_VCA button in Power Down settings tab. If SPI is working fine, you should see current reducing from the power supply.
Also, could you make sure that…
