The AMC1301 is an isolated amplifier meant for high voltage current measurements. I do not think it is an applicable device for this application.
An isolated comparator, AMC23Cxx, such as AMC23C11 might be more appropriate.

We do not currently have a PSpice model for the AMC22C11 device, we do however have a TINA-TI model for the AMC23C11: https://www.ti.com/lit/tsc/sbam477
