Part Number: CDCE72010 Using the EVM board, program with EEPROM unlocked mode. To drive U1 PWR_EN driving low.
When change to external 5v supply, the value doesn't hold on. The U1 PWR_EN goes high.
Any recommended solution ?
Step of programming and test usage:
connect usb to EVM board from a PC. JP_3_3 is selected at USB power supply
Open CDCE72010 Control GUI then load .ini file. (EVM board is working as intended with output of 491.52MHz)

When the cdce72010 is powered on and running for a few minutes, PLL_ The lock signal is abnormal. Only one of our 10 boards has this situation. I don't know how to solve it. Help to analyze
I would also be suggested to verify the thermal pads layout of the device to follow the layout recommendation mentioned in datasheet.
If it doesn't follow the recommendation, that also may affect the heating performance.
