Prabhu,
The CDCE937 is NOT preprogrammed for your use case. You will need to write the desired config through I2C, and then program it into the EEPROM.
The external pullup resistor MUST be populated, if not here then on another point on the I2C bus.

Part Number: CDCE937 Hi support team.
Regarding data byte 01, is it okay to overwrite bit6 (EEPROM Programin Status (read-only))?
Data byte 00 consists of only read only bits and the data sheet also prohibits writing, so I would like to confirm.

Part Number: CDCE937 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CDCEL9XXPROGEVM , Hello,
I've just used the CDCEL9XXPROGEVM board to program a CDCE937 clock generator. I'd like to verify it successfully generates the expected clock outputs and its overall performance…
Part Number: CDCE937 I want to use the CDCE937 to generate four output clocks that will need to be in phase will each other.
27MHz in, 27MHZ, 148.5MHz, 200MHz and 212.5MHZ out. I see from the design tool that these clock can be generated with a zero ppm…
Part Number: CDCE937-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TDA4VM Hello Expert.
Currently , I am checking CDCEC937 config of TDA4VM. I have questions about 'EELOCK' value.
Q1. If this value is 1 , written value is temporary (the values is returned…
Part Number: CDCE937 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CDCE949 , CDCE925 , CDCE913 I am using CDCE937 for a new design. I want to use this part to generate 6 frequencies total, 2 frequencies per PLL using the associated dividers. My questions are as follows…
Part Number: CDCE937-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CDCE937 Hi experts,
I want to get the configration of CDCE937QPWRQ1 under below condition:
xtal-load-pf = 3pF
input Xtal = 25MHz
output Y1-Y7 = 50MHz
spread-spectrum = normal
Can you provide the register…
