I apologize for the delay. It appears the EVM with USB support for programming CDCE706 is the CDCEL9XXPROGEVM is CDCEL9XXPROGEVM. Not CDCE906-706PROGEVM.

another is CDCE913PERF-EVM. www.ti.com/.../cdce913perf-evm
