Hi Kawai, I tested a similar setup on a CDCLVD1212 EVM where I looked at the output waveform and phase noise with and without the other device outputs terminated. Without termination, the floating traces are about 5cm long. I observed no difference…

There is no way to synchronize the phase between two CDCUN1208LP devices. You might consider using CDCUN1208LP as a div-by-2 stage and follow it with a larger LVDS fanout device like CDCLVD1212 or CDCLVD1216 (12 and 16 output LVDS fanout). This way, you…

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CDCLVD1212 , CDCM6208 Hi, Is it possible for TI to review our Clock Generation circuitry based on CDCM6208 and CDCLVD1212? I can post the schematics on a private discussion forum if it is fine with TI.

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CDCLVP1212 , CDCM6208 , CDCLVD1212 Hi, We are connecting LVDS output from CDCM6208 to buffer (CDCLVP1212) via AC coupling. We are performing SI analysis on this net using the IBIS model provided by TI. the output waveform…

Hello Asad, the CDCM61001 + buffer IC will be a fine solution. You didn't indicate what signaling your inputs require. Is it LVDS, CML, LVPECL, or single-ended? If it's LVDS , you could use the CDCMVD110: http://focus.ti.com/docs/prod/folders/print…
