Part Number: CDCVF857 Hi E2E,
Checking on the datasheet, there is no information regarding the maximum junction temperature of this device. Can you please provide?
Thank you in advance.

Part Number: CDCVF857 The CDCV857BIDGG is going EOL in Dec 2019 and I want to use CDCVF857DGG as the replacement on existing designs. I'm looking to find out the lifecycle of CDCVF857DGG to ensure that it doesn't go EOL soon as well. Thanks.
Hi Zain,
According to the PCN: "Original fab site is no longer in operation, and the die bank inventory is being depleted."
Unfortunately there is no direct replacement for this device, CDCVF857 is a good alternative.
Kind regards, Lane
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CDCVF855 , CDCVF857 Hi,
Could you provide us IBIS model of CDCVF855 ? A lternatively, could we use CDCV857 model ?
In addition, Is the FBOUT specification same as Yx outputs?
Best Regards,
Kato
Hello cafain,
we recommend to use CDCVF855 or CDCVF857 for new designs. These parts are compliant with the JESD82 standard which includes only static phase offset definition. You can find the the static phase offset waveform in figure 5.
