Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DAC7311 Hi,
I was wondering if I could use the DAC7311 with the NSYNC pin hard connected to GND and just exercising the CLK and DIN pins.
Thanks,
Viktor.
Hello Richard,
As Tony suggested in an older post, the max spec parameter is not included in final test for the DAC7311 device, therefore we may not have data to suggest a max or provide a histogram. I will check with design and characterization to see…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DAC7311 I use a DAC7311 followed by a non-inverting amplifier and a howland current pump to supply a variable current to a sensor for resistance measurement.
The µC and the DAC are powered by a common voltage of 2.5 V or…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DAC7311 Hello all,
Made a bit of a mistake. I have a ADUM5401 digital isolator where the output voltage was changed to 5V rather than 3V3 rather late in the design stage. The ADUM feeds an SPI bus to a TI DAC7311. The supply…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DAC7311 , MSP430I2041 Hi,
I am facing some problems with DAC7311
1)when I interface DAC7311 with MSP430i2041 using SPI output vales of DAC is not changing
2)I have tried some bit banging mechanism but DAC only respond some…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DAC7311 My colleague and I are using the DAC7311 in our board design. We are finding that on initial power up the DAC is outputting about 4 millivolts and when we write the 0 code to it the output it is 17.6 millivolts…
Part Number: DAC5311 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DAC7311 Hello
I am using DAC5311/DAC7311 in our design , when I connect it to load the output is 0, without load the output is ok.
What can be the problem?
I could not find anything in the datasheet regarding this DAC having input protection diodes.
I have Avdd at 2.5V (from a voltage reference) and would like to drive SYNC, SCLK, DIN with 3.3V signals thru series resistors - will that work?
Thanks,
Val…
