Hi Florian
I'm sorry that DRV5825P indeed can't support ultrasound using. The internal DSP resource is quite limited, can only work well under 48KHz. Even you send in 96KHz audio signal, internally would transfer it into 48KHz to let DSP working…
Hi Maxwell
thank you for your question.
the power ability of TPA3255 is our current most powerful amplifiers.
for you are using capacitor load, have you considered DRV5825P. but it seems like it cannot meet your current.
below link maybe can help you…
Part Number: TPA3250 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV5825P Hello,
is it possible to utilize TPA3250 to drive a piezo-loudspeaker with 7.8uF capacitance, where a a power resistor is connected between them as well.
Since the piezospeaker owns a operation…
Part Number: DRV5825PEVM-AMPS097 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV5825P , TAS5825P The drv5825P data sheet states it supports sample rates up to 96khz. I'm using the evaluation model with the Pure path software. I can't select 96khz anywhere, the only…
Hi Gerrit
I'm sorry we don't have DRV5825P EVM either. You can contact TI's local FAE for help. He will help you confirm at what time you can get it, depending on your project information. Thank you.

Hello,
Are you saying your IC's are DRV5825P instead of TAS5825P? If so you won't be able to configure your system properly as those have processflows specifically designed for Piezo drivers.
best regards,
Luis
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS5634 , TPA3255 , DRV5825P Hi!
I want to make a ultra directional speaker. This is comprised by an array of small ultrasonic transducers of this kind; https://www.murata.com/en-us/products/productdetail?partno=MA40S4S . …
Part Number: TAS3251 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV5825P Hi TI experts,
1) After tuning the TAS3251 EQ, the dump file was extracted from the PPC3.
2) It is applied to the MCU, but there is no EQ effect.
The drv5825P had the same phenomenon. however…
