Hi Matsumoto-san, R17 and R16 should be populated for the DRV8812EVM. The "X" indicates populated. R17 and R16 are used to configure the code in the mcu. We will have to evaluate the code further. The code appears to default to a single BDC seems…

Hey Rahul, Thank you for your question. With DRV8812, you wouldn't need to add any external diodes. Please refer to section 8.2 of the datasheet to see typical application. Furthermore it might be beneficial to consult our EVM schematic files…

Hi Gerald, There is no source code for the operation that you requested. You could use code from a similar EVM (like the DRV8812EVM or DRV8881EEVM ) and modify the code to issue serial interface commands when an interrupt occurs.

Hi Power, Can you provide more information? What are the specifications of the stepper motor (R/I/V/L)? How are you controlling the inputs? The schematic shown does not limit current in the motor. As a result, you may be experiencing overcurrent…

Hi Yusup, There are several examples of using indexer mode available. The DRV8834EVM files, http://www.ti.com/lit/zip/slvc421 , found at the DRV8834EVM folder contain indexer mode code. Another example of indexer mode is the recently released boost…
