Hi Alex, Did you try changing the dss configuration for "data-lines = <24>;" to "data-lines = <18>;"? Accordingly, adjust the hardware connection between the DS90C187 with AM5728. to ignore the two msbs for each R, G and B lanes. Regards, M…

Hi Casey, That's an interesting idea. Do you know has anybody done this before for full-HD resolution at 60Hz? Our full-HD dual-link LVDS display clock frequency is 73MHz, which in single pixel mode would mean 146MHz, still within TFP401A specs. …

Hi Asaka-san, Let's discuss this opportunity off-line. We have recently been seeing interest in automotive-qualification of the DS90C387, DS90C187, and DS90CF388A devices, so it would be great to understand the application, volume, and schedule for…

Hi Takishin-san, By pull-down resistance value, I assume you are talking about the parallel data inputs? I do not have a DS90C185 on hand at the moment, but I was able to probe the inputs of the DS90C187 on a C187EVK01. The pull-down resistance…

Hi all, I realize this thread started before the Ti acquisition of NSC was complete, so there weren't many dual LVDS options in the TI portfolio. However, Ti is able to offer a wider selection of LVDS output devices now that the acquisition has closed…
