For the orderable part number LM139J, the correct generic part number is not LM139JAN or LM139, but LM139-MIL.
There is no SMD for the LM139-MIL, but it is a variant of the LM139A-MIL, which is also defined by SMD 5962-87739 , which refers to MIL-STD…

Yes. The LM139JB is the same die and 883 grade (TI used the "B" to designate 883 RevB devices).
It is also the same as JM38510/11201BCA
Pretty much anything on this page in "J" (CDIP) package is comparable.
