Hi Stephen,
You are right. LM2660 is pin-for-pin with same functionality to LM2662.
The difference is the output current rating and the switching frequency.

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM2662 I use LM2662 to transfer +5V to -5v
below is the input of LM2662
below is the output of LM2662
is it correct for LM2662?Or it‘s wrong design that causes the input be impacted?
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM2662 I have an LM2662 used as an inverter with an input voltage of 5V and an output voltage of -5V. The Fc pin is connected to Vin. During startup, does switching start at 150Khz or is there some 20kHz switching till Vin…
Part Number: LM2776 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM2663 , LM2662 Hi We can't find any stock of LM2776 in TI.com, is there any suggestion on the alternative TI parts we may consider? Thanks.
Hi Youhao-san
Customer is considering LM2662 instead of LM2660. Because the junction temp max is 85C from your comment.
LM2662 spec is below,
In case of LM2662, Tjmax=150C. Also, Pd is estimated with Ta=25C.
In case of LM2662, What is meaning "the operating…
Hi Inho,
I guess it should be LM2662. Not LM2622.
LM2622 is a boost converter that converters a positive input voltage to a higher output voltage. for example, input is +3V, output voltage is +5V.
LM2662 is a charge-pump voltage converter/inverter. For…

Hi Kyle:
Yes, you are right. Everything on my circuit connected to a GND plane.
I searching from the website and found the LM2662 which can convert the Vin to negative Vin.
I think add this chip and connect toTPS726’s input. Maybe can solve my problem…
