Part Number: LM2902BA-Q1
Tool/software:
I'm sanghun Kim and power electronics working in Korea.
When we proceed Simulation using Cadence Pspice, I need spice model for LM2902BA-Q1 also, SN74HC132-Q1.
I couldn't find them on TI's website, Can I get them?
I hope your reply.

Team,
Customer would like to understand the comaprison table for LM2902BA-Q1 vs LM2903-Q1. May you help to check and advise? Thanks.
Part Number: OPA4991-Q1
Tool/software:
Hi Ti teams,
I would like to know the approximate range of the number of transistors inside OPA4991-Q1 and LM2902BA-Q1. Can this be provided? No specific quantity is required, only a range is needed, such as within 50? Thank you
The part number is not LM2902KAV but LM2902-Q1.
The guaranteed datasheet limits have not changed, but typical values might have changed. The new die is that of the LM2902BA-Q1; you could just as well order the LM2902BAQPWRQ1.
Part Number: LM324A
I have a legacy design using LM324APW (TSSOP pkg) that I'm adding alternate parts to the BOM. What are the drop-in compatible part numbers? There are a LOT of similar parts on the same datasheet and the differences between the various part #'s and suffixes aren't explicitly stated and comparisons are difficult because the electrical characteristics are not in a single table.
My best effort found these. Are there others?
Looks like LM2902 has a lower max supply voltage, so that's out of the running. LM124 & 224 aren't available in TSSOP pkg.
LM324BA and LM2902BA are described in the family comparison, but I don't see any orderable part numbers in the table. Do these exist?
Roy,
You need a rail to rail input and output op amp. Such as TLV9002-Q1. Populate R181 to limit input current for VIN > VCC
LM2902BA-Q1 is not rail to rail input nor output.
LM2904LV-Q1 is not rated for rail to rail input nor output.
Part Number: TS321

Hi Team,
Please provide TS321 PSPICE file.
to User473,
I searched all the op amp portfolio with the parametric search (precision, general purpose, and high-speed). There are 6 options with temperatures of 150C and above (see attached). The best match is the OPA211-HT (210C max). This is the single channel version of the OPA2211-HT. If a single channel option is reasonable this device might work. The OPA2333-HT does go to 210C, and it is also a dual, but this device has a 5V power supply. I will let the systems team know that there is a need for a dual precision high temperature op amp, but currently I do not think there is a good dual channel match.
Best regards, Art
