    The part number is not LM2902KAV but LM2902-Q1. The guaranteed datasheet limits have not changed, but typical values might have changed. The new die is that of the LM2902BA-Q1; you could just as well order the LM2902BAQPWRQ1.

    Roy, You need a rail to rail input and output op amp. Such as TLV9002-Q1. Populate R181 to limit input current for VIN > VCC LM2902BA-Q1 is not rail to rail input nor output. LM2904LV-Q1 is not rated for rail to rail input nor output.
