  Kata-san I moved the post to our High Rel group so they can assist. Even though it has a commercial temp range, it comes from the LM311-N-MIL family. We reached out to their apps team offline as well so they are aware of the question. Chuck

  Hey Dan, LM120K-5.0/883 is indeed obsolete. I've attached the PDN. We don't have an exact P2P replacement so I'd recommend the UA79 series as the closest alternatives. ~ Aaron PDN 200824.pdf
