About the LM324 datasheet, the test conditions of input offset voltage, input offset current and input bias current are all Vo=1.4V.What does the Vo=1.4V mean？
While the Vos and Iib of LM324B and LM324BA have no this conditions…

The LM324KA datasheet shows the functional block diagram. It also shows there are 4 diodes in the component (total device) in the table.
- Where are the 4 diodes in the block diagram?
LM324K has ESD cell on inputs. LM324DR doesn't have an ESD cell. Both have a diode behaviour for input voltage that is negative. Therefore series resistance must be used to limit current if the source driving the input is not naturally current…

The highlighted extra diodes are only present in LM324K and give the LM324K higher ESD rating. The other LM324 versions do not have these extra diodes, but they have a parasitic diodes from the input PNP transistor's base to ground junction.…
