Part Number: LM341 Hi Team,
Customer is considering using LM341(TO-220) and the thermal JA resistance is 22.6, which is much better than competitor.
So they want to know the test condition to get this good performance. Any layout reference?
I checked…
Part Number: LM341 Hello guys,
One of my customers wants to know what LM341 VOUT temperature drift data. Do you have VOUT temperature drift data of LM341?
Your reply would be appreciated.
Best regards,
Kazuya Nakai.
Part Number: LM341 Hello team,
one of my customers just noticed an issue with the Datasheet of the LM341. Namely the datasheet of LM341/LM78M05-XX describes 3 terminal device with two different/contrary configuration.
Below is the image from the…

Could you tell what the Theta JA of TO-220 is?
I am not sure which is ture, 22.6 degree C/W or 54 degree C/W as below figure. I want to confirm this value not only…
Hi Hatsuyama-san, I don't see that we currently have a spice model for the LM341 or LM341-Q1 available. Where are you accessing a LM341 model? There is a model available for the LM341-N.
Spice models are intended to be used for typical behavior and…
Okay. Also, is the R11 from the reference design is 95.3k but when I calculated it, it give 9.53k. Vref of LM341 is 2.5V, R_upper 9.53k and R_lower 2.49k, gives approx 12V. The 95.3k will give 98V.
Vout = Vref x (1+R_upper/R_lower) .
Please comment…
Part Number: LM78M Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM341 , UA78 Hi,
For the purpose of radiation analysis we need some more information on the LM78M05CDT/NOPB. The part design itself appears to have a pretty extensive history (dating back to the LM341…
Hi Nilesh,
My mistakes that I did not remember that you did send the schematic from the get-go.
Here is my speculation. From your LM358, the output is tied to the Neutral in your system,. The noise spikes can come from the voltage divider as well…
