Part Number: LM385-ADJ Hi Support Team.
In the Qualification Summary, the results of ESD-CDM are described as "See data sheet". However, the datasheet does not show the results of CDM.
Please tell me CDM data of LM385MX/NOPB.
Thanks,

I downloaded LM385-ADJ spice model from your website, I simulate on LTspice and follow the circuit as I attached. I found that it is not working. But…
Part Number: LM385-ADJ Hi,
it is not clear the difference between the following part number:
-LM385BXZ
-LM385BYZ
-LM385BZ
I understand that "Z" define the package TO-92. what about BX and BY?
Best regards,
Luigi
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM385-ADJ I was using the supplied model and noticed a strange operation.
The LM385-ADJ data sheet (National Semiconductor DS005250) page 2 defines the output voltage equation as:
Vout = 1.24V*(R3/R2 + 1) where R2…
Hi Needhu,
For the 2.5V we have the LM285 and LM385 that have a Ika(min) of 10uA.
www.ti.com/.../datasheet
For the 3V, the LM4040 that you have is the lowest Ika(min)
The LM385-ADJ can be used to get 3.0V and it has a 10uA ika(min) but there will…
Part Number: LM385-1.2 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM4041-N , REF1112 Hey Team,
I have a customer that is using the LM385 (I don't know full part number) for their previous generation handheld Digital Multimeter.
Could you provide any recommendations…
Hey Dan,
LM120K-5.0/883 is indeed obsolete. I've attached the PDN.
We don't have an exact P2P replacement so I'd recommend the UA79 series as the closest alternatives.

The problem is in the method you are using to measure power input.
The attached TI document SNVA559 (see the section " Measuring Regulator Efficiency of Off-Line Converters" page 53) will show you how to take this measurement.
