My customer intends to use LM393LV-Q1 in VSSOP8 3*3 Package.
But I cannot see the orderable p/n, do you know the orderable p/n for this package? Is it released?

#1. Yes, but as Kai explained, the input range is narrow (0 to 1.3V on a 3.3V supply), and your inputs are violating the spec on both pins (output tends to go high on the B version).

As Clemens and Kai have mentioned, "Impedance" is an antiquated term.
It is better to know that there is a constant 25nA flowing from V+, then OUT the input towards ground.

This device will be EOL. And the key specs are following.
1. Open Collector Output
2. Low Output Saturation Voltage VoL (see below table)
Looking a little closer at your circuit, beware that the maximum input voltage for the comparator is Vcc-2, or 1.3V on a 3.3V supply.
