Hi Sandheep,
Do you have any reference designs for a 15V, 50mA+ voltage reference + op amp buffer?
Per your requirements, I selected LM4030-4.096 reference voltage. The output current in driving 350Ω Wheatstone bridge will be approx. 35mA at 12.2935Vdc…
Hi Rajesh,
You can use this as a load independent current source but it would have to be case 2 to have some sort of external compensation for its temp co.
The LM334 is a very old device and I would prefer to use a series reference like the LM4132…
Hi Kamal Najmi,
We do have devices with lower FIT value such as, but not limited too, the TL431/ATL431/LM4030.
Is there a certain requirement that you need?

hi,.
Please can you help me get the spice models for,.24LC02B-E/SN, and PGA309AIPWT,.
Also, there seems to be a difficulty while translating LM4030BMF-2.5/NOPB into the saber,.
Can you please provide the model for LM4030 too.
Thanks and Regards…
Hi Yaita,
You are correct, the "I" you highlighted denotes the industrial temp range, -40C to 85C. The extended temperature range (-40C to 125C) is only available for C,D,and E grade parts.
The LM4050-N-Q1 ( www.ti.com/.../lm4050-n-q1) does have a…
Hi John,
Which performance grade of the LM4040-N were you interested in?
The TL4050, LM4050Q, and the LM4030 all have options for 4.1V with extended temperature ranges. Here is chart of all the available options:

Victor,
We do not have a Pspice model for the LM136-2.5.
Would it be useful for your application to use a model for a related device?
If so, please consider the LM4030 or LM4041-N. These are precision voltage references which have Pspice models…
